These terms govern the use of southernatelier.shop and the purchase of products through it. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Where we sell

We accept orders for delivery within Australia only.

3. Products and prices

We make every effort to show products, colours and details accurately. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping is free on all orders. We may correct errors in prices or product information.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred; any amount paid will then be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, through the secure payment methods offered at checkout.

6. Returns

You can return products free of charge within 14 days of delivery. Full details are in our Return policy.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees.
