Returns & refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, you can return it free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, socks, underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.

How to return

1. Email support@southernatelier.shop with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We will send you free return instructions.
3. Pack the items securely and send them back within 14 days of contacting us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we refund the full price of the returned items to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days of the return reaching us.

Faulty or incorrect items

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described or not what you ordered, contact us and we will offer a repair, replacement or refund as required by law — this is in addition to our 14-day change-of-mind returns.
